The lost city of Atlantis-- er, Atlanta

I've been trying to place this intersection more precisely than "downtown connector", without success. Can anyone tell me where this is?

    Looks more like Spaghetti Junction, looking to the SW, to me.

    Hm. So we're looking down I-85 toward downtown Atlanta, and crossing from lower left to middle right is I-285, right?

    Note to AJC: That ain't the Downtown Connector, folks.

    If that's right, then the loop I (would have) taken to get to work would be off the frame to the upper right.

    Gosh, I hope nobody was trying to get off I-85 South onto Buford Hwy.
